King and Society and The Indigo Road Hospitality Group are eager to bring a new luxury hotel, event space, and restaurant to Daniel Island.

Seaborne Preserve
Fripp Island

King and Society is eager to bring new life to Fripp Island with our Seaborne Preserve project. Seaborne Preserve will consist of multiple vacation cottages, condos, and luxury amenities. Out of our love for the Lowcountry, we are excited to develop this new vacation destination for families to enjoy.

Hotel Richemont
Historic Charleston – King Street

The luxury boutique hotel, Quarters on King, is located between King and Society Streets in historic Charleston. Our team is currently redeveloping and renovating the hotel to exemplify the colors and textures of Charleston. We are also redeveloping the previous King and Society office into a new restaurant concept with The Indigo Road Hospitality Group.
