King and Society Construction was born out of our love for Charleston and our passion to connect people to this special place. Locally rooted, we are a custom home builder and remodeler that has been proudly serving the Lowcountry for over 15 years.
With more than 30 years of construction experience in the Charleston area, we are a certified Master Builder. We have completed a vast range of projects including multiple historic renovations and the finest of custom homes.
One can find our stunning homes all over the Lowcountry. Our projects are nestled in the historical district of downtown Charleston, Olde Village, local beaches and waterways of Isle of Palms and Sullivan’s Island, and golf courses in some of Charleston’s most renowned communities like Daniel Island.
